These are a vintage pair of stiletto-heeled Chanel saddle oxfords in size 40.5 EU (corresponding with approximately a US 9.5, though a 9 may be a slightly more comfortable fit as Chanel is notorious for running about a half size small). These come from the fall/winter 2002 collection and originally retailed for $465.
There is a second pair for sale (separate listing) in size 41; the individual shoe pictures here correspond with the slightly smaller pair. Heel height is approximately 3.5 inches.
